product code : MHC-Memo Pro
The MHC Memo Pro is our top of the range hand-held
and is a ruggedised hierarchical route mode data logging instrument operating in both Standard and Super Slo modes. It
is supplied complete with PC software to name points, generate and analyse trend plots. When required it will even perform defect
repetition frequency analysis of envelope spectra.

product code : MHC-Memo Lite
The MHC Memo Lite is a ruggedised point
list mode data logging instrument operating in both Standard and Super Slo modes. It is supplied complete with PC software
to name points, download readings and generate trend tabulations which can be launched into third party spreadsheets
when graphical plots are required. The software is so simple to use that special training is not required.

product code : MHC-Classic Plus
The MHC Classic Plus is designed in the same rugged
way as the MHC-Memo Pro & MHC-Memo Lite, however it is not a true data logger making it easier to use for troubleshooting
and giving it a lower purchase price. It incorporates both Standard and Super Slo modes of operation and has a non-volatile
memory which will save up to 32 sets of readings - ideal for comparative purpose. The MHC-Classic Plus is particularly
good at giving one off readings on equipment of which it has no history. Able to monitor machinery rotating as slow as
0.25 rpm this is the ultimate tool for occasional use by the craft-person.

product code : MHC-Classic
The MHC Classic is designed in the same rugged way
as its higher family members but only incorporates Standard mode signal processing, However it is not a data logging device
making it easier to use for troubleshooting and giving it a lower purchase price. It has a 4 measurement temporary memory
and is particularly good at giving one off readings on equipment of which it has no history, bearing details or even speed
information. The ideal tool for occasional use by the craftperson on machinery rotating at speeds down to 35 rpm.

The MHC Solo is our lowest cost portable instrument. It
still gives the amazing Distress* parameter and can most definitely de-skill Condition Monitoring in an industrial environment.

|
product code : MHC-SetPoint
The MHC-Setpoint is a single channel on-line monitoring
system having configurable dual alarms with hold-offs and a handy historic memory to show you what has happened in the last
128 days leading up to the triggering of an alarm. It is a Din rail mounted module which requires +24V DC and connects
directly to a permanently installed Acoustic Emission sensor.

|
product code : MHC-SloPoint
The MHC-SloPoint is similar in concept to the MHC - SetPoint,
however it operates from 60 RPM right down to 0.25 RPM using our unique Super Slo signal procesing algorithm to give dB Level,
Peak, Intensity and Extent.

AE-NET 2 is a complete Ethernet based on-line condition
monitoring system which communicates back to a central PC runnign Wonderware*.
(Wonderware is a registered trademark of Invenys Systems, Inc.)

product code : MHC-Scanner
The MHC-Scanner is a multiplexer specifically designed
to interface with our MHC 50 Ohm sensors.

|
|
|
MHC-APU2 is a signal processing module which processes
signals from our MHC 50 Ohm sensors to derive the Standard mode parameters of Distress & dB Level.

|
product code : MHC-DS1 / MHC-SM1
MHC-DS1 & MHC-SM1 pack remarkable signal processing
capability into the sensor itself. With built in dual alarms and dual analogue outputs they can interface directly to
PLC, SCADA etc. and thereby eliminate the need for an accompanying instrument. MHC-DS1 implements Standard mode and MHC-SM1
implements Super Slo mode.
