The MHC Memo Pro is a route mode, hierarchical (Site, Area, Machine
& Point) data logging CM instrument which can hold at any one time up to 6 routes, each comprising up to 435 measurement
points. Measurements can be Standard mode, Super Slo mode or manually input values of any reading (e.g. kVA, temperature,
pressure line, speed etc.). You can even compare the current reading with the last reading taken at that measurement point.
Comprehensive PC analysis software is supplied with the MHC-Memo Pro and holds the machine database from which routes
are created and all downloaded readings are analysed. Analysis can be done in terms of points on a particular route
or alternatively and advanced filtering function operating on the entire machine database allows separate analysis of specific
machine types. Trend plots are automatically generated for each measurement point and exception reports automatically
generated for those items in an alarm condition.
The MHC Memo Pro can also capture spectrum files (both on and
off route) for later analysis in the AE Lab software (also included in the selling price) which can reveal defect repetition
frequencies for diagnostic purposes.
A further feature of the MHC-Memo Pro is AutoLog which can automatically store
up to 2,340 consecutive readings (in either Standard or Super Slo mode) which is used to reveal short term trends (e.g. during
start-up).
